Well, this is David Tennant with Billie Piper as the doctor and Rose.

Why special? I'll edit the answer ^^
Loads of pencils (after this drawing I had to buy a new 5B pencil
), a lot of time and some cups of tea on A3 paper.
I couldn't scan it, our scanner is too small. I tried everything to take a good photo, I took the best one and played around on the contrast and things like that, but it still looks like this ^^
